A gang of bandits inspired by the hillbillies in the movie . This is a band of inbred hill people with sadistic and cruel tendencies. They fly planes that look like they would fall together at any moment, byt that are strangely well-supplied and well-maintained. Sometimes they even have access to experimental gear.

The Hillbilly Boys hail from Appalachia, but move around a bit and recruit a bit, so they are now a motley bunch.

They attacked Springfield while the heroes were building the militia, and were soundly trashed. Of course, they voved revenge in the grand pulp tradition.
