A large part of the northwest is now a no-man's land, where organized government is local at best. Various local groups hold sway here, and the Law of the Jungle has returned.
Naturally, this presents both danger and opportunity for those living in bordering territories, but currently problems with pirates and other raiders dominate over the positive opportunities.
The no-Man's Land include all or part of the old states of Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming, and the former Canadian provinces of Yukon, Nunavut, Albertha and the Northwest Territories.
