Dixie is made up of the states Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and Georgia. South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia officially form the Outer Banks Coalition, formerly a separate nation, later a protectorate of Dixie, and today basically a part of the nation.

Note that I have changed the flag, to give it nine stars, one for each state.

Dixie is a wet nation.
