Background

A member of the Lexington expedition to antarctica, he was confined to the ship after sunnenly going crazy and starting a fire in camp. He is very afraid of spiders, and thought he saw spiders all over the ice.

He has since remained sane, and Lexington pays him off without pressing any charges after the expedition returns home.
