Background

The main player in this scenario is Admiral Sonoda, commander of a cruiser equipped with prodigous amounts of flak guns. He is in town to keep track of The Flying Dutchman and Jin Caipin. He will send his troopts to follow the heroes, but will not intervene unless it is justified.

He is to be played anime-style, with a seeming lack of connection to reality and a distinctly lower level of realism. He can appear at any time, with his "Taiko Drums" theme music, wildly shooting at everybody.

Sonoda is a just and wise man, but easy to anger. He likes fellow scholars. He is also a practitioner of the art of watching pretty young girls.
