Birthright

Also known as the church of Lady Luck, this small sect pops up now and then in different places. It is a church of gambling and luck, claiming that Saramie can reward anyone willing to take a risk, wether you hare a hard worker or a spendthrift.

Hard work is fine, but you really ought to spend whatever you can spare on gambling. But gambling is only one way to brave chance; any daredevil stunt is considered holy by the church.

Both the baron of Restenford and the Lady Cariele herself favor this church with occasional visits. Many other visitors come from the supposedly non-gambling state of Eline. In fact, the existence of this church is one of the points of contention between Eline and Restenford.

Faldelac (MA, P10, –, CN)
Faldelac was born in 1469, 5'8" tall, 100 lb., brown hair and beard, brown eyes. Faldelac is very short-tempered and will not tolerate an insult or obnoxious behavior. He does not respect those who inherit wealth or position unless they are willing to risk it all, nor those who have little, because they obviously have had no luck at all. Those who gamble and win gets his admiration and respect.

Auburn (FA, P9, Br, major, 16, CN)
Born in 1486, 5' 3" tall, 110 lb., with long brown hair and brown eyes. An attractive game hostess for the cult, Auburn does a much better job of gathering petitioners for the temple than Faldelac does.
