Haelyn's Aegis
Haelyn's Aegis is the oldest splinter from the Imperial Temple of Haeylyn. Originally a military order, the church is still organized along military lines and keeps extensive archives on the enemies of the faith. Lately, the order has focused it's efforts on defending Anuire from monsters and invaders, such as the Gorgon.
Antia Maricore (FA, P7, Br, major, 39)
The high priestess of Haelyn's Aegis is a strong and valiant cleric, both in faith and body. She is a fighting cleric and a friend of the lady Eluvie, though not her chaplain.
Strictly opposed to the growing corruption of The Western Imperial Temple of Haelyn, she has turned her church into a haven for those fleeing persecution of it's more powerful rival. The sect does not fully support her in this.
It is rumored that she helped the lady Cariele escape from her homeland, and she is now the only source of rumors from the 'old country'. Her visits are rare, but always appreciated.
