The Frost Barbarians call themselves Fruztii. The peninsula with the 3 suel-descended peoples is called Rhizia in the Cold Tongue or Thillonrian Peninsula in Common. If you want a common name for all these people's, it would be Rhizii, Rhizians, or simply Northmen. The Frost Barbarians are by far the most civilized in Rhizia - meaning their king, his court, and the land in the south and near the capital is proto-feudal with a large barbarian outback. They still launch viking-like raids.
