The Storm Hammer is a massive one-handed warhammer with an impact activated kinetic energy booster powered by railgun technology. The principle of the weapon is the same as for the charge mace.
The Storm Hammer is powered by a minicell which is good for 100 hours of continous operation. The cell is easily reloaded by plugging the weapon into a wall socket through a standard power cord.
You must have Martial Weapon Proficiency and Technological Proficiency to use a Storm Hammer.
