A showman and performance fighter, the champion brawler lives to show off in tough fights, with an audience or not. The champion brawler is a practitioner of way of life martial arts.

Class Information

This is a martial arts archetype, a brawler with presence and showmanship.

Starting Money: 1d6 × 10 gp (average 35 gp)

Class: Brawler.

Hit Die: d10.

Class Abilities

The champion brawler has all the class abilities of the brawler, except as noted below.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency

A champion brawler is proficient with all simple weapons plus all weapons from the close fighter weapon group. She is not proficient with any armor or shields.

Way of Life Armor Bonus (Ex)

When unarmored and unencumbered, the champion brawler adds her Charisma bonus (if positive) as a dodge modifier to armor class and CMD. She loses this bonus when she wears any armor, when she uses a shield, when she carries a medium or heavy load, or when she is denied her Dexterity bonus to armor class. The champion brawler can use her way of life armor bonus with a shield. This replaces the brawler's AC bonus ability.
