In DarkStar,there is a technomagical metamagioc feat known as TechnomagicalLink, and through this device, spells can be cast through telecomunications media. On come advanced worlds, the ImperialSociety and the church of TheMerchant have jointly established a service that provides spells on demand over the telecomunications network.
The caller is connected to a call central, and after a delay of 2d10+15 rounds, the spell is cast, assuming of course that your credit is good and that the spell is available. Naturaly, the service charge is very steep. Only spells with a casting time of one minute or less are available this way.

Spell level * Caster Level * 30 cr
Remember that TechnomagicalLink is a metamagic feat that requires a spell slot of one level higher, and the cost is based on the caster level and spell level actually used.
Spells with material component costs or XP costs are generally not available as TeleSpells.
