Some tiskraan lack legs, developing them only late in life, or not at all. So do you until you buy this schtick. All tiskraan are amphibious, and can swim, act and fight normally underwater or in a wet environment like a marshland or jungle. You also move well in sand, but not on hard ground. This requires no schtick. Without legs you cannot walk properly, so your move on dry land is halved and all actions count as continuos actions.

Humans who learn this stick grow a tail like a tiskraan and become amphibious. They still cannot breathe water, but they can hold their breath for a long time.
