Stand and Deliver

All gunmen know that their best shot is in the few seconds when the enemy is close at hand, but before he actually comes into contact. Endless hours of drill and training have honed your reflexes to the degree where you instinctively shoot at anything coming right at you without even thinking.

Whenever someone engages you in close combat, you get one free shot at them out of sequence, after they move but before they get to act.

This improves even further at the two-schtick level. By striking a dramatic pose and positioning yourself well away from all cover, with a clear field of vision all around, you gain an advantage against cowardly, sulking opponents. You get a free attack on anyone who would attack you from cover or by sneaking up on you, getting your attack before they do and hopefully putting them down before they actually get a chance to attack you. You gain no advantage against opponents who face you openly, without resorting to sneaking or cover.

This only applies if you are armed, ready (Fast Draw helps) and not engaged, and only once per shot count (so you only get one chance to shoot at the horde of charging mooks). With two schticks you still get only one extra attack against a skulking, charging opponent.

Someone who manages to surprise you with his sneaking tactics may not be attacked, so Stand and Deliver combines well with Hair Trigger Neck Hairs.
