A historical plane, the Boulton Paul P.82 Defiant really flew for Britain at the start of the war. It is crazy enough to be of use for Crimson Skies.

Special Rules and Armament

It's turret is unusual. it can be rotated a full 360°. Such a turret weights 400 lb., plus the full weight of the guns (instead of the usual 50%). The Defiant's turret carries four 30 caliber machine guns. Overcrowding the turret in this way, the machine-guns are easily destroyed; that's why two of them are mounted in each weapon location in the turret.
