Background

Alexandra is a human vampire from a romania-like country, probably Karameikos. She was stolen from her wedding and turned into a vampire. After a long period of slavery, she betrayed her dark master, who was slain, and fled into the underdark. There she was recruited by house Milithor.

She is the bodyguard and misteress of Carcelene Millithor. She also looks out for beautiful human maidens to transform into vampires. Jennikki fit the bill nicely, and also shared Alexandra's bondage interest, but was snatched away by Effinidih, something she will one day avenge.
